This was one of my original properties when I first started in Indiananpolis, If you look at my Hall of Fame video, its the brick property that has all the units in a row. I have put in about $60k in renovations on the property. The property has always rented easy because the current rents are about $50/mo. less than the current rental market. Take a look at rent.com All rented and performing I have always kept up with all aspects of the property, the tenants have been good and all maintenance items have been take care of. I am willing to do a seller finance. The below mentioned numbers is with $70K down. Just being honest, their is a utility charge on this property master meter for water runs about $70/mo.
