Purchase of property and refinance will require 20% down or equity. Private equity financing does not follow the same guidelines as traditional financing. Although credit score and income does matter these factors should not deter anyone from getting a loan. This is the first step towards acquiring property.

For Marketing Partners only: Longfin Investments can also fund building and construction. In order to secure financing our hedge fund partners require that Longfin Investments Soltuions take an equity position but there is no limit to the size of projects that can be funded. Funds can be used for down payment, construction and operations. 65% LTV is required.

Again for Marketing Partners only: Longfin Investments can help fund via our hedge fund partners seller carry back on high cap rate commercial projects, again no limit to funding but will require at least 75% LTV. This will require some of the funds as either seller finance or seller carry back.

Lending is not a problem for Longfin Investments Solutions and it should not be a problem for you either.
